Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 27, 2024

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Lucas Guimarães Leite LTDA (”MilkBox,” "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our services, including the reselling of Google Workspace (G Suite) subscriptions and related services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

1.1 Cold Email Infrastructure

• We provide Google mailboxes to clients.
• Initial commitment starts at 10 inbox accounts.

1.2 Domains

• Domain costs are not included in our service fees.
• Clients may purchase domains independently or request our assistance for domain setup.

1.3 Setup and Configuration

• We ensure the correct setup of all necessary domain records, including SPF, DMARC, and DKIM.
• We configure warm-up processes, custom domain forwarding, and tracking as part of the service.
• Inboxes are delivered directly into the client’s preferred software (e.g., Smartlead, Instantly).

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Subscription Fees

• Payment is based on the number of inboxes purchased.
• Bulk pricing discounts are available for higher volumes.
